God's Design For Growth
The Satelite System
"In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. And the earth was without form and void: and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters."
"Then God made two great lights; The greatest light (the sun) to rule the day, and the leaser light (the moon) to rule the night. He made the stars also." (Gen. 1:16)
God created the galaxy of our solar system. The sun and all the planets around the sun and the moons rotating around some planets. These planets stay in place rotating around the sun by the sun's gravitational pull and the moon rotating around the earth by the earth's gravitational pull. There are also many other galaxies that make it the whole universal system. This design is known as the satellite system. It is the design used by God for all other systems and structures. The smallest structure, the atom is also organized with a nucleus and electrodes rotating around this nucleus.
I. ELEMENTS: (Water) 2 atoms; hydrogen and 1 atom oxygen (H20).
FAMILY: A husband (man) and a wife (woman) having children rotating around the father and mother until they themselves get married and start their own satellite syste, and out of these satellite systems other satellite systems will spin out and it becomes a never ending growth, multiplication process.
II. CHURCH STRUCTURE:
(a) How it is organized.
(b) The satellite system.
(c) It is the system designed by God for continuous growth.
III. CONSISTENT FOCUS ON PRIORITIES:
(a) First priority: Intensive evangelism (recruiting drug addicts)
(b) Second priority: Intensive discipleship (training and teaching in the homes)
(c) Third prioint on the job training).
(d) Fourth priority: Administration (planning, organizing and goal setting.)
"My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge." (Hosea 4:6)
Continue this process consistenly: Evangelism, discipleship, leadership and stewardship. Focus on training and teaching leadership. "Classroom and on the job training." As you spin out leaders, you will spin out homes; missionary traveling teams, and evangelistic centers. As you keep focued on this system eventually you will spin out churches that will become another satellite system and this in turn will spin out homes, missionary traveling teams, evangelistic centers, and everntually churches that will become another satellite system and repeat process and it will become a cycle of multiplication. It's all about training disciples and leaders until they spin out and multiply into homes; missionary traveling teams; evangelistic centers and eventually spin out churches that will become another satellite system and start another cycle and repeat same process.
Then said Jesus unto HIm: "Go and do thou likewise." (Lk. 10:37)
